OnPoint Warranty Solutions Expands Leadership team

New VP, Risk Management, Joins First Quarter C-Suite Appointments

 

 

OnPoint Warranty Solutions, LLC (“OnPoint”), a rapidly growing insuretech, mobile solutions and warranty services company, today announced that it has hired Marshall Deese as its new VP, Risk Management.

 

Marshall comes to OnPoint after having served several roles at Wayfair, including stints leading its business intelligence efforts, as well as supply chain activities and software development. Prior to Wayfair, Marshall led actuarial and business intelligence at a US-based third-party administrator.

 

At OnPoint, Marshall will lead its risk management practice, working with our insurance partners and client teams to bring appropriately underwritten, insurer-backed warranty programs to market. As part of his duties, Marshall will also lead continued development of the business intelligence modules of our insuretech platform, Service Avenger.

 

This new role comes on the heels of the expansion of our executive team, which, in the first quarter included the addition of Deborah Chenois, CFO; Ted Lee, COO; and Jennifer Morris, CLO, each bringing a unique skill set from the warranty sector and beyond, to the business.

 

Lastly, to continue assimilation of the Guardian Protection Products team, and support further expansion of the business, OnPoint has also appointed an human resources leader, Chelsea Elder, whom will manage recruitment and engagement efforts across the company.
