Chief Service Avenger
With 32 years in the consumer electronics and technology industry, Chris is a seasoned InsureTech creator, service and CX veteran with experience honed at Samsung, AIG, ServicePower (Founder of ServiceOps), GE and Montgomery Ward.
Chris serves as a board member of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions and was awarded by NESDA as Person of the Year 2019, National Friend of Service in 2017, the Richard Mildenberger Outstanding National Officer in 2017, the National Electronics Servicing Dealers Association, the NESDA Person of the Year 2015 and the General Electric President’s Award for Service in 1999. He also serves on the board of Prodigal Ministries in Louisville.
President and Chief Risk Officer
President and Founder of OnPoint Warranty, Rob is a licensed Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, working in the warranty industry since 1994.
Rob began his career in warranty with GE Appliances, and later held positions at Sears, was a Founding Member and VP, Operations of Service Net Solutions (now AIG Warranty), and Harbor Freight Tools. He was instrumental in the creation of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions.
Rob held an advisory board position with the Global Warranty and Service Contract Administration and was a founding member of the Wireless Repair Council, now CTIA.
Chief Marketing and Operations Officer
Jenniffer, a 25-year veteran marketing, operations and CX executive, has demonstrated success in driving growth and execution for global service industry companies like ServicePower, GE, Service Net and Accent Marketing.
Jenniffer is a certified 6 Sigma Green Belt, GE MDC graduate, former board member of the GE Louisville Area Education Advisory Committee and Elfun Chapter, co- chair of the GE Women’s Network Community Service Committee and was named one of the 30 Most Inspiring Women In Business in November 2017 by Insight Success Magazine. She was named a 2019 Powerful Woman in CT by Dealerscope and was a 2019 Stevie Award Woman in Business Bronze winner.
Chief Information Officer
Tim Clark is an industry veteran with roots at GE Appliances’ warranty technology group, was responsible for establishing the insuretech which spun off some of the industry's best-known warranty companies. Tim also crafted the insuretech that America's most noted manufacturers and retailers use today.
Most recently, as Founder and Chairman at NFUZION, Tim's team filled IT leadership and development positions around the world, while also managing extensive development projects on behalf of clients. Previously, as CIO at Accent Marketing, and later as Founder and CEO of IT360 Holdings and Accent Intermedia, Tim built the backbone on which the extended warranty industry operates. At OnPoint, Tim blends his IT expertise and industry experience to help craft insuretech strategies for OnPoint, which drive great customer experiences while driving revenue for clients.
Chief Strategy Officer
Warranty industry veteran, insuretech pioneer and serial entrepreneur, Scott founded Bounce Insurance in 2019, after leading the divestiture of W3 Solutions, a North American warranty provider, from The Walker Group, where he remains a Managing Director.
Scott partnered with OnPoint Warranty to distribute Bounce plans in the United States in late 2020, and sold the company to OnPoint in 2021.
Scott has come on board as OnPoint's CSO to lead the mobile technology vertical, as well as bring other innovative insurance products to market.
Chief Operations Officer
Ted is an Innovative and customer-focused business leader with expertise in process innovation, system implementation and change management to drive efficiency and performance. Ted’s particular strength in post-sales product service strategy and execution, when combined with his tenure at Samsung provides the operations expertise need by OnPoint to drive excellent product service experiences.
Chief Technology Officer
Mike, a 30+ year service industry veteran, with extensive experience with manufacturers, third party administrators and service technology providers, is focused on building the technology platform on which OnPoint will connect brands to consumer through great, omni-channel service experiences.
Prior to OnPoint, Mike held positions at GE Appliances, NEW, now Asurion, and at ServicePower.
Mike also was instrumental in developing the first, SaaS based third party contractor dispatch and warranty management software on the market, for which he holds the original patent.
Chief Legal Officer
Jennifer is an attorney with 25 years of experience in the service contract, and 13 years in the insurance industries. While at Assurant, Jen drove legal strategy and regulatory compliance within its consumer goods, automobile, ancillary products, and mobile verticals. Jennifer also was the Compliance Manager at GE Corporation, within its Warranty practice
Chief Financial Officer
Deb is an experienced business leader with significant tenure at the General Electric Corporation, where she held roles in finance, human resources, quality improvement, product development, and mergers and acquisitions. She also held leadership positions at ServicePower and at HD Supply.
Vice President, Business Development
Michael Starmer is a 30-year veteran of the appliance industry, experienced in driving the highest levels of revenue at the point of sale and after, for manufacturers and their retail partners.
Previously with GE Appliances, Mike was instrumental in building its Field and National Account Sales function. At GE, Mike was National Sales Manager for GE Appliance Parts, where he drove strategy and incremental, year over year sales. He was an integral member of the product management team, where he was a critical component in the company’s go to market strategy for new refrigeration configurations. He was a marketing and merchandising leader and managed national accounts such Sears, Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Sams, JC Penny, and Amazon.com. He is a co-patent holder of Ecommerce technology that he helped to develop and deploy while at GE Appliances.
In his last role at GE, he led First Build. First Build is a cutting-edge co-creation community that enables inventors to bring new products to market through social engagement and crowdsourcing. Mike led the small appliances startup at First Build, where he successfully drove the commercialization of the Opal Nugget Ice Maker, which has since been rolled into the GE Appliances small appliance business.
Mike is also a 6 Sigma certified Black Belt, so adds an additional layer of program excellence to OnPoint’s existing 6 Sigma certified talent.
Vice President, Client Services
Kellie is a senior entrepreneurial executive with over 25+ years of experience in strategic business development, account management, and team development. as VP of Client Services at Stone Clinical Labs and Gulfstream Diagnostics, she optimized operational efficiencies, increased productivity, and exceeded target sales goals. At OnPoint, Kellie combines lead-by-example management with intuitive sales strategies to maximize operational efforts, with an eye always on CX, while driving the business towards profitability, and value to clients. Kellie is a certified MT ASCP and a 6 Sigma white belt, with a MA from Webster University.
She was also named a Top Woman in Business by Tops Magazine, 2019.
VP of Field Service Operations
Joe is a service leader with 35+ years of experience in recruiting and managing both employed and 3rd party service networks, with an eye towards driving revenue and better customer service experiences.
Previously with Diversified, Joe led its field teams, managing recruiting, onboarding and credentialing of its technical workforce. He directed training and management of the team’s performance to meet key performance indicators, while driving revenue for the company. He also led the help desk and triage functions, as well as managed service contract fulfillment and client support.
Before that, Joe served as the Director of Consumer Service/General Manager at a national field service company, Norman’s Electronics. There he delivered repair services for global appliance, electronics, and computer brands, including Sony, Philips, Samsung, Toshiba, GE, LG and Sharp, IBM, Dell, HP, and Apple, with an employed and 3rd party workforce.
Joe understands how to drive field networks to deliver great customer service experiences, which is core to OnPoint’s service delivery strategy. Joe joined OnPoint to take the helm of our service network, which he is managing along with his team of recruiters, dispatch managers and claims adjusters, to exceed industry metrics and customer expectations.
VP, Risk Management
Marshall is OnPoint's VP of Risk Managment.
He comes to OnPoint after having served several roles at Wayfair, including stints leading its business intelligence efforts, as well as supply chain activities and software development.
At OnPoint, Marshall will lead its risk management practice, working with our insurance partners and client teams to bring appropriately underwritten, insurer-backed warranty programs to market. As part of his duties, Marshall will also lead continued development of the business intelligence modules of our insuretech platform, Service Avenger.
Director, Business Development
Adam Smith has joined OnPoint Warranty as a Director, Business Development, assisting clients with warranty and service contract program development, sales training and execution.
Most recently a Senior Area Sales Manager with GE Appliances, Adam has hands-on retail experience. Adam works with our retail dealers across the US to implement and expand service contract programs which drive brand loyalty and repeat sales, increasing revenue in an industry with single digit product margin.
Adam has an MBA from Bellarmine University
Director, Business Development, Technology Products
A technology and mobility industry veteran, Kim brings a wealth of experience to OnPoint in the mobile and computing products sector.
Previous roles including National Sales Manager and Global Channel Executive have optimized Kim's ability to create, market and support sales of innovative warranty products and services for customers in the commercial, government and educational spaces for both business and consumer warranty buyers.
Kim works directly with our team to develop new warranty products for the technology sector, while identifying new channels and channel partners through which to distribute our warranty and insurance products.
Kevin is a finance and accounting professional with decades of experience in the warranty and not-for-profit industries.
Serving most recently as the CFO of Blessings in a Backpack, and as a finance professional at AIG Warranty before that, Kevin brings the fiduciary acumen necessary for OnPoint to manage its warranty business, with an eye towards maximizing our warranty reserves, while delivering great consumer claims experiences.
Kevin holds BA in Accounting from Bellarmine University in Louisville.
Senior Business Analyst
Matt has been the Director of Logistics for OnPoint since 2020.
Matt is a logistics professional, with over a decade of experience in working with manufacturers, sales organizations, and logistics providers to improve material flow and company profitability.
Matt works with our partners to identify best-cost solutions for products and components, create SOPs for product receipts, repair/replace and scrapping. He assists our logistics teams in forecasting and managing inventory levels for WIP and finished goods. Matt manages the entirety of our small appliance warranty operations, from forecasting to receipt, repair, refurbishment, e-commerce distribution, seed stock and part management, shipping and reporting and actuarial analysis.
Danny Bruce is OnPoint's call center operations director.
Danny is a seasoned warranty industry veteran. Danny managed call center and service operations including entitlement, triage, recruiting, locating, dispatching and open call management at AIG Warranty and Ivy Tech, where he also managed front line service technicians.
Eboniece is an Account Manager at OnPoint, particularly related to our home warranty accounts.
Eboniee is a 20-year warranty industry veteran and entrepreneur. Eboniece is skilled in data-driven warranty marketing, having managed full scale aftermarket campaigns for OEMs and retail accounts while with Service Net/AIG Warranty, that drove real ROI for direct mail and email marketing campaigns. Eboniece also has managed strategic initiatives exceptionally well, and is experienced in developing innovative warranty programs that enhance consumer value and their desire to engage in long term relationships.
Eboniece holds a degree from Ivy Tech in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services, and is a member of Business Professionals of America.
Director, Warranty Projects
Pat, a newcomer to the warranty industry, has applied his consumer-centric skill set to drive deployment of warranty programs which maximize client revenue, while delivering the best consumer warranty service experiences possible.
Pat collaborates with our clients and our internal teams to launch each new insuretech or warranty service program with an eye on revenue generation and customer experience. Pat has been instrumental in onboarding clients in our home warranty vertical, as well as working with clients engaged with the CPSC in product recall programs.
Scott is a 30+ year IT professional, adept at sourcing, architecting and deploying infrastructure and integrated 3rd party applications, as well as managing onshore/nearshore/offshore development teams.
Formerly with GE Appliances and AIG, Scott has been critical to the development of OnPoint's Service Avenger insuretech platform. Scott has deployed Avenger via a secured, cloud-hosted infrastructure that maximizes reliability and redundancy. Scott has also worked with our own development teams, as well as our 3rd party vendors to create an insuretech platform which supports the warranty industry from sale to claim payments.
Director of Marketing
Katie is the Director of Marketing at OnPoint.
Katie, a marketing veteran, has worked in the real estate and not-for-profit sectors, developing innovative marketing programs which increased brand awareness and grew subscriber bases across digital media platforms. She is an experienced multi-media designer and team player, able to drive multi-functional teams to a common set of goals.
At OnPoint, Katie is working with our marketing team to launch campaigns across multiple verticals.
She holds a master's degree in Interdisciplinary studies, Digital Media from Indiana University, Southeast.
Katie serves on the board of Prodigal Ministries in Louisville.
