With 30+ years in the consumer electronics and technology industry, Chris is a seasoned contract, service and CX veteran with experience honed at Samsung, AIG, ServicePower, GE and Montgomery Ward. His sole focus is CX, which is the cornerstone of the company.
A licensed commercial insurance broker and founder of Service Net (now AIG), Rob is a 30+ year warranty and insurance industry veteran. He has developed aftermarket and warranty programs for global brands, including GE, Sears, Harbor Freight, Sony, Dell and Maytag, and Brinks.
Jenniffer, a 30+ year veteran marketing, operations and CX executive, has driven growth for global service industry companies like Service Net (AIG Warranty), GE Appliances, and ServicePower. In her roles she’s supported warranty and field service operations around the world.
Tim, a 30+ industry veteran, established the aftermarket and claims engines platforms the industry uses today. As CEO of several MarTech companies, including Accent Intermedia, IT360 Holdings and NFUZION, Tim has continuously supported the evolution of the industry.
Kevin, our Chief Accounting Officer, is a finance and accounting professional with decades of experience in the warranty and not-for-profit industries. Serving most recently as the CFO of Blessings in a Backpack, and at AIG Warranty previously, Kevin brings the fiduciary acumen necessary for OnPoint to manage its warranty business, with an eye towards maximizing our warranty reserves. Kevin holds BA in Accounting from Bellarmine University.
Kellie is a senior entrepreneurial executive with over 30+ years of experience in strategic business development, account management, and team development, working in the patient care industry. She managed large client portfolios and service teams, maximizing CX and revenue for her organizations.
A 30+ year service leader, Joe has managed 1st and 3rd party service networks, driving revenue and better CX through improved service operations. He worked with the biggest names in the business, including Diversified, Sony, Philips, Samsung, Toshiba, GE, LG and Sharp, IBM, Dell, HP, and Apple.
Michael, a 30+ year appliance industry veteran, drove POS and aftermarket revenue for manufacturers and retail partners such as GE, Best Buy, Sears, Sams, Costco, and Amazon.com.
At GE Appliances, Mike built its sales function and drove parts revenue. He managed go-to-market strategy for refrigeration and launched First Build, and its first commercial success, the Opal Nugget Ice Maker.
With 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy, and operations, Evan delivers results and value for Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries. He excels at developing and executing effective sales & marketing strategies, building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
At OnPoint, he leads the Aftermarket program.
Marshall is OnPoint's VP of Risk Managment.
He comes to OnPoint after having served several roles at Wayfair, including stints leading its business intelligence efforts, as well as supply chain activities and software development.
At OnPoint, Marshall will lead its risk management practice, working with our insurance partners and client teams to bring appropriately underwritten, insurer-backed warranty programs to market. As part of his duties, Marshall will also lead continued development of the business intelligence modules of our insuretech platform, Service Avenger.
Jackie, a seasoned retail professional, works with our clients to drive revenue for POS retail warranty programs. Also, with a M.S. in Instructional Systems-Human Performance Technology from Florida State, she creates and delivers comprehensive sales development for retailers, distributors, and internal customers, focused on drive floor attachment rates. She has worked in multiple roles in the furniture industry for over 25years.
Michelle has extensive training and leadership experience working both in the retail and warranty industry. She develops and delivers live, virtual and e-learning training for internal, corporate teams, partners and client personnel. She seamlessly identifies performance gaps and creatively finds results -oriented solutions for our stakeholders.
Mike, a 30+ year service industry veteran, with extensive experience with manufacturers, third party administrators and service technology providers, is focused on building the technology platform on which OnPoint will connect brands to consumer through great, omni-channel service experiences.
Prior to OnPoint, Mike held positions at GE Appliances, NEW, now Asurion, and at ServicePower.
Mike also was instrumental in developing the first, SaaS based third party contractor dispatch and warranty management software on the market, for which he holds the original patent.
Deb is an experienced business leader with significant tenure at the General Electric Corporation, where she held roles in finance, human resources, quality improvement, product development, and mergers and acquisitions. She also held leadership positions at ServicePower and at HD Supply.
