OnPoint, a leading provider of warranty services, including underwriting, service contract, and extended warranty programs, home warranty, logistics, and insuretech, has been contracted to provide its warranty technology and services to value-added resellers and directly to consumers on behalf of a North American Systems Integrator.The Company is a leading provider of distribution, systems design, and integration services for the technology industry.

The Company has partnered with OnPoint to drive more value for its resellers and consumers. OnPoint’s unique ability to source a variety of underwriting solutions enables the Company to offer a more competitive product suite. By extending the warranty on products distributed, resellers benefit from the competitive edge a longer warranty period offers within the sales process, while end-users gain a longer period free from product repair costs. The Company can now offer optional extended warranties and innovative screen protection on remanufactured and existing mobile devices through OnPoint’s Bounce offering. The Company will rely on OnPoint to deliver great product service experiences through its insuretech platform, and fully connected service network. OnPoint will also help the Company drive additional revenue streams via its insuretech eCommerce solution, through which it can offer extended warranties, Bounce, and other warranty products such home warranties, for the BYOD market.
