Ryan Chadwick has recently been promoted to the Service Team Lead. We are so grateful to have Ryan on our team and appreciate his dedication to OnPoint! The OnPoint team is growing quickly and we want to continue get to know everyone through our monthly staff spotlight series.
- How would you summarize what you do?
- I am the Service Team Lead. It is my responsibility to ensure all open tickets are being worked and dispatched in a timely manner. My team is responsible for not only dispatching calls, but as well as signing servicers on to our network continuing to help it grow.
- Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
- I really enjoy helping with escalated calls. It is a satisfying feeling being able to resolve an issue quickly when a customer has become escalated.
- What makes you want to stay at our organization?
- This company has a lot of potential to grow within. I see this as a great time to be joining as OnPoint begins transitioning from a Start Up to a well-known company.
- What do you like about OnPoint's company culture?
- It is a very family-oriented and welcoming environment.
- Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company?
- I had been in charge of a few projects on my own during my short time here but I am most proud of training the new hires. I had only been with the company for 4 months before I started training new employees. Although not all have stayed or worked out, I am very proud of myself coming into a new industry I have never been a part of and have the company be confident enough in me to train the new employees.
- Who inspires you the most within our organization?
- Michelle and Paula – they have both shown me their dedication to OnPoint as they are consistently helping out in any way they can for this company to be successful.

- I play in a band – Mr. Please. Ryan is pictured (left) playing the drums in his band.
