  • When did you start at OnPoint?
    I joined OnPoint on September 6th, 2022.
  • How would you summarize what you do?  
    I am the Team Lead for an appliance program. I am the bridge between the client and the customer on getting their unit replaced.
  • Can you tell us a few details about your favorite part of the job?
    In my new role as the Team Lead, I am not on the phone as much and I enjoy that. For real my favorite part is that I can do a little more for the company and our customers.

    What makes you want to stay at our organization?

    I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers and making sure that the customers are happy, doing my part. I have to feel like I am helping and that makes me feel good.
  • What do you like about OnPoint's company culture?
    I love the fact that it feels like a big happy family to me.
  • Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company.
    When I was on the Opal team, I helped out by jumping in on escalations to try to keep the customers happy.

    I really enjoy traveling and dancing.

    I really like solving mysteries.
