Her positive attitude and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction make her a standout team member. We are truly grateful for Shamika's friendly personality, which radiates through her work and leaves a lasting impression. - When did you start at OnPoint? I joined OnPoint on September 6th, 2022. - **How would you summarize what you do?**   I am the Team Lead for an appliance program. I am the bridge between the client and the customer on getting their unit replaced. - **Can you tell us a few details about your favorite part of the job?** In my new role as the Team Lead, I am not on the phone as much and I enjoy that. For real my favorite part is that I can do a little more for the company and our customers. ** What makes you want to stay at our organization?** I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers and making sure that the customers are happy, doing my part.
