Meet Julie Messer
Julie is a Client Services and Operations professional, specializing in insurance and warranty solutions with over 20 years of experience. She has been successful in partnering with OEMs, Retailers, and Service Companies to grow their service revenue and build brand loyalty with their consumers. Prior to joining OnPoint Warranty Solutions, Julie was VP, National Accounts for AIG’s warranty division.
She also served in various other roles at AIG including Director of program operations, Risk Operations manager and Client Implementation/Project manager, and led teams supporting 30+ US and global client programs which drove growth and customer retention for the warranty division at AIG.
Julie has her Six Sigma Green Belt certification and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
