Joining OnPoint Warranty Solutions in 2018 as a founding member as CMO, Jenniffer was also named COO in 2024.

Jenniffer was previously SVP, Marketing at ServicePower, where she built the marketing function, including brand strategy, positioning, and messaging, website development, content marketing, digital marketing including SEO, social media, and PPC, press and media relations, communications, event management, and lead generation including inbound and outbound activities. Jenniffer was part of the team that developed the ETA dispatch prototype while at GE Appliances, leaving GE to support the launch of ServicePower Field Service Solutions with Chris Smith. She was responsible for the development of ServicePower FSS and its functionality, as well as its adoption by large manufacturers, third party administrators, retailers and service providers alike.

She served in various other roles at ServicePower including VP, Product Marketing; Director, Strategic Partner Management; and Director, Account Management. Previously, she spent 20+ years working in marketing, sales, partner management, product development and program management roles at companies including Service Net Warranty now AIG Warranty, GE Appliances Warranty Management subsidiary, and later GE Capital. Prior to that, she worked in several marketing and management roles in various marketing companies including Accent Marketing, whose marketing platform is recognized as an industry benchmark. She was the first employee of Service Net when that business was spun out of Accent Marketing, and as stated above, was responsible for the launch and growth of the business before leaving for its competitor, GE Warranty Management.

Jenniffer is a certified 6 Sigma Green Belt, GE MDC graduate, former board member of the GE Louisville Area Education Advisory Committee and Elfun Chapter, co- chair of the GE Women’s Network Community Service Committee and was named one of the 30 Most Inspiring Women in Business in November 2017 by Insight Success Magazine. She was named a 2019 Powerful Woman in CT by Dealerscope and was a 2020 Stevie Award Women in Business, Customer Service winner, and a 2019 Stevie Award Woman in Business Bronze winner.
