Appliance Manufacturer Piloting Warranty Service Solution with OnPoint

The manufacturer, a first of its kind joint venture focused on building a community of creators which design and build the latest in consumer products, has retained OnPoint Warranty to provide repair service for its line of specialty ice products.  The product, sold direct, online and now through traditional brick and mortar retailers, requires a nationwide repair solution as its first generation of product is moving towards warranty expiration. Additionally, as sales ramp based on new retail distribution agreements, warranty repair options become more important for the manufacturer.
