Mike is a 30+ year service industry veteran with experience in manufacturing, third party administration and service administration technology.
With positions at GE Appliances, NEW (now Asurion) and ServicePower, Mike was instrumental in developing the first, SaaS based third party contractor dispatch and warranty management software, for which he holds the original patent.
