Long time presenters, Chris Smith and Julie Messer, both now executives with OnPoint Warranty Solutions, will present again this year at the show.

Chris Smith, CEO, will focus his presentation on Wednesday March 13, on Age of IoT and Its Impact on Warranty Claims. As the major appliance industry has leapt forward in the world of proactive service delivery, every major appliance OEM has incorporated IoT technology into their residential and commercial appliance products, and the industry as a whole continues to grapple with how and when to utilize the new technology to improve its consumers’ product and service experiences, as well as to evaluate the risks of not capitalizing on the data it can provide.

Julie Messer, CCO, will present on Tuesday, March 12 focused on building a service contract program for appliance and electronics products in the US market, highlighting meaningful information regarding what to focus on and what to avoid.
